Refund policy
We have a 7-day return/replacement policy for faulty or damaged goods, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/replacement.
Please email us at hello@buffwand.com with a photo of your faulty or damaged product.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
As your Buff Wand is made of glass, extreme care must be taken to ensure it does not break, chip or crack. We do not accept any responsibility if you drop or knock your Buff Wand and damages occur. Your Buff Wand must be stored safely in the protective case provided at all times.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
